William Beck, also known as Bill grew up in a small farming town in the state of Rhode Island. Later on in life, a family member told me about his success in changing people’s lives by fitting hearing aids in the Charlotte area. He felt this was a career change he could pursue and enjoy. Bill has always been interested in how the ear functions, so he moved to North Carolina and started his schooling and training. He not only received a license in North Carolina but he also continued his schooling and received a National Board Certification. In 2015 Bill was awarded the Beltone Master Hearing Aid Practitioner Award. Bill also is asked to give speeches throughout North Carolina on hearing loss. He is also a member of IHS and AAA. Bills desire is to use his training to do what he can to help people stay active in their conversations as long as they live. This is his commitment. Patients often ask him what he does when he is not in the office. Bill is very active in the Christian Congregation giving speeches on the Bible. Bill also was a professional drummer in his late teens and early twenties traveling all over the New England States. He has been married for over 38 years.
